In line with the methodology followed by the Ageas Group, we mapped our entire suite of products against certain criteria to identify sustainable features across the entire value chain. This zero- measurement exercise resulted in a starting point of 6% of new business premium on an Annualised Premium Equivalent (APE) basis. These identified features encourage customers to make more sustainable choices or help provide insurance solutions to the vulnerable segments of our country’s population. This zero-measurement exercise allows us to understand where we currently are so that we can finetune our existing offering and look at developing new offerings that help us to better meet our goals.
